The A.T. Kearney Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Confidence Index is an annual survey of global business executives that ranks markets that are likely to attract the most investment in the next three years.

The United States marks its longest-ever run at the top of the index this year, likely reflecting its large domestic market, continued economic expansion, competitive tax rates, and technological and innovation capabilities.
